New Function: Cutting Load Monitor Function

The Cutting Load Monitor Function detects tool breakage by monitoring cutting loads during machining from servo and spindle data, prevents machining defects due to tool breakage, and improves machine productivity.

  • Automatically generates tool breakage detection conditions by measuring cutting loads during reference machining.
  • After that, detects tool breakage by monitoring cutting loads during mass production machining.
  • Allows to customize behavior at tool breakage for proper tool exchange by PMC ladder and custom macro.
  • Outputs monitored cutting loads to a log, which can be used to investigate a cause of tool breakage.
