Processing information of machining program such as program number and sequence number can be displayed on SERVO GUIDE with servo axis and spindle axis motion simultaneously. It supports to analyze machine sequence to minimize cycle time.
Setting screen for setting parameters which contribute cycle time reduction of various machining such as turning and milling, and overlap function between command blocks achieve cycle time reduction.
The highly synchronous rigid tapping is achieved by using high speed serial communication due to well followed spindle by feed axis. The cycle time will be reduced by the high speed tapping with keeping accuracy even at maximum acc./dec. of spindle axis.
The combination of SERVO HRV+ Control realizing high quality of cutting surface by higher servo gain, and Smart Backlash Compensation for high precision cutting by advanced compensation in reverse motion, enables higher cutting performance.
It is possible to change machining precision easily by specifying allowable error (Tolerance), and time of adjusting precision by parameters can be reduced. If continuous small segments are also specified, it is possible to prevent mechanical shock and improve smoothness of finishing surface by creating smooth path.
In 5-axis machining, rotary table is rotated manually so that workpiece can be seen well, and it becomes easy to confirm the status of machining.
Easy-to-use CNC can be achieved with convenient functions of personal computer (e.g. remote desk top function, browser, etc.) and large memory.
The damage of workpieces and tools at power failure is prevented in the area where a stable electrical power supply cannot be expected, or in the area where lightning is likely to occur. Suitable method by hardware or software to protect machine at power failure can be selected according to the aim and the cost, in such a case of gravity-axis drop prevention, preventing feed axis to coast or retracting workpieces and tools keeping synchronization.
By using Intranet of factory, this function makes it possible to receive quick notification of machine alarms. This function patrols the factory instead of the operator and reduces the operator’s load.
High response motion control for up to 24 axes by Multi-axis high response function and position/speed/torque/pressure control are enabled to apply to various industrial machines.
3kW CO2 LASER optimized for cutting thin sheets has been developed, without reduction of cutting performance for thicker plates. Please confirm the utmost quality of stainless cutting only achieved by CO2 LASER. Lower operation cost has been realized by adding Power Saving Function to already highly-efficient fast axial gas flow type LASER.
