Factory Expansion and New Factory Construction

To increase the production capacities of ROBOT, ROBOSHOT and ROBOCUT, the expansion and construction of three factories are being conducted in FANUC Headquarters:

1. ROBOSHOT Factory (expansion)
   • Investment amount : Approximately 8.7 billion yen (not including production equipment)
   • Total floor area : Approximately 26,000m²two-story building. (Existing building is approximately 24,000m²)
   • Production capacity : 600 units/month (including 400 units/month of existing building)
   • Completion : End of September, 2018
2. ROBOCUT Factory (expansion)
   • Investment amount : Approximately 1.8 billion yen (not including production equipment)
   • Total floor area : Approximately 6,000m²two-story building. (Existing building is approximately 7,000m²)
   • Production capacity : 150 units/month (including 100 units/month of existing building)
   • Completion : End of November, 2018
3. New Machining Factory (new construction)
   • Investment amount : Approximately 6.5 billion yen (not including production equipment)
   • Total floor area : Approximately 23,000m²one-story building.
   • Production capacity :
     • Parts for 1,000 ROBOTs/month
     • Parts for 200 ROBOSHOTs/month
     • Parts for 50 ROBOCUTs/month
   • Completion : End of September, 2018
