We developed a thermal displacement compensation system that accurately compensates machining point positioning despite significant temperature changes. Using machine learning, it predicts and compensates machine tool displacement based on data from multiple temperature sensors. This system shortens warm-up time, relaxes factory temperature control, and reduces power consumption, contributing to lower environmental impact.
