FANUC recognized as the highest rated "A-List Company" on CDP "Climate Change"—for two consecutive years

FANUC CORPORATION (“FANUC” hereafter) has been recognized for leadership in corporate transparency and performance on climate change by global environmental non-profit CDP, securing a place on its annual ‘A List’ for two consecutive years.

The number of companies reporting through CDP's 2024 Climate Change Questionnaire exceeds 24,800, with more than 2,100 Japanese companies responding, including more than 70% of prime market listed companies (as of April 1, 2024).

FANUC has set mid-term and long-term targets for reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and is promoting efforts to achieve them. FY2030 targets are certified by the SBT (Science Based Targets) initiative.
Regarding GHG emissions, FANUC will contribute to the realization of a carbon-neutral society by promoting emission reductions from our own business activities as well as from our customers through the development and provision of products with enhanced energy-saving performance.
